FIELD: instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sphere of control and adjustment of level. Proposed liquid level transmitter contains float with magnet, float travel stops and vertical guide nonmagnetic tube accommodating sealed-contact reed relays. At least one stop is installed to fix float in engaged position with reed relay. Guide tube contains member in form of cruciform section rod in slots of which sealed-contact reed relays are installed for independent travel and fixing, said reed relays being grouped into functional units. In units with number of sealed-contact reed relays more than one, they are connected in parallel circuit, and length of zone of engagement of float with reed relay is greater than distance between reed relays nearest in height. According to one version of grouping, sealed-contact reed relays are installed in height with possibility of alternation, at travel of float, of energized state of one and two sealed-contact reed relays and with provision of zone of interaction of float simultaneously with two units which is smaller that zone of interaction with sealed-contact reed relays, reed relays being grouped into at least three functional units, at least in one of which upper sealed-contact reed relay is installed with provision of engagement of float with reed relay at lowermost tolerable level of liquid, and according to other version, sealed-contact reed relays are installed to provide possibility of alternation of energized state of n and (n+1) sealed-contact reed relays where n is number from 0 to 3. Sealed-contact reed relays of upper unit are installed to provide engagement of float with said unit at preset nominal level, and at least one of sealed-contact reed relays of lower unit is installed to provide possibility of disengagement of float from said reed relay at uppermost tolerable level of liquid.
EFFECT: improved reliability of checking and accuracy of adjustment of liquid level.
