FIELD: electric engineering; automotive industry.
SUBSTANCE: detector belongs to devices forming electric signal when ferromagnetic object passes through area of sensitivity of device. Detector has magneto-sensitive microchip and permanent magnet in form of bushing. Magnet has magnetization distribution in form of cone with vertex in area of registration of object. Microchip is disposed inside opening of magnet in area where magnetic field induction does not exceed sensitivity threshold of microchip. Opening of magnet is made in form of truncated cone with vertex turned to area of detection of object. Insertion, made of soft magnetic material, is disposed in area of location of microchip. Magnet is made anisotropic of magnetic plastic. Magnet has core aligned with magnet.
EFFECT: improved sensitivity of detector; increased precision of measurement; higher reliability of operation; reduced cost and labor input.
