FIELD: medicine; orthopedy.
SUBSTANCE: overlap a distal part of the rectus muscle displaced to an average line of the hip with the lateral vastus muscle. Fix the lateral vastus muscle tendon to the rectus muscle tendon and to the whirlbone on an average line of the hip. Form longitudinal flaps of a distal part of the lateral vastus muscle and the ligamentous apparatus of the interior of the whirlbone and stitch them among themselves in position of duplicator. Perform osteosynthesis of the whirlbone and the shin bone by means of the external fixation apparatus and perform the dosed out exercises in the form of flexion-extention movements in the knee joint.
EFFECT: method predicts relapse of whirlbone dislocation.
