FIELD: hydraulic building, particularly fish-directing devices included in fish passes permitting fish passage through support structures to fish hatchery and growth areas.
SUBSTANCE: directing device comprises stimulating system transversal to flow direction. The stimulating system may reciprocate with respect to spillway front. The device also has guiding means adapted to support stimulating system carriage rollers, fish-passing canal adjoining spillway front end, pump, pressure pipeline with tubular distribution manifolds having discharge orifices, jet-forming nozzles, air supply cavity and fish deterrent means. Working tool of the stimulating system is made as latticed frame parallel to flow direction and connected to working tool displacement drive. The latticed frame is formed of hollow horizontal rods having streamlined cross-sections. Distribution tubular manifolds are coaxial to hollow rods and are installed in the hollow rods. The first distribution tubular manifold ends are fastened to pressure pipeline. Sealed ends of hollow rods adjoin pressure pipeline. Opened ends thereof are communicated with air-supply cavity created as sealed frame and communicated with atmosphere by air inlet pipe. Jet-forming nozzles are coaxial to outlet orifices of tubular manifolds and installed inside hollow rods. Fish deterrent means is made as plate resonators installed in horizontal plane in front of outlet orifices of jet-forming nozzles, which are located from both sides of hollow rods and have inner orifice areas exceeding that of outlet orifices of tubular manifolds. Inlet orifices of jet-forming nozzles and outlet orifices of tubular manifolds are arranged so that gaps are defined in-between.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of fish-directing device operation due to provision of complex effect on fish's organs of sense.
