SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shutoff and regulating devices. Proposed gate has with inlet and outlet holes, rotary disk with through hole for fitted-in rod, rod and rotary disk sealing members. Profile elements are secured on rotary disk symmetrically from opposite sides in Z-like arrangement. Said profile elements are made of three-dimensional permeable porous article with alternating thin-walled partitions in form of crescent or C-shaped in plan, with outer spherical surface and radius equal to radius of rotary disk.

EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities owing to provision of wider range of control, provision of stepless control, reduction of noise and erosion wear of gate members by flow of medium at opening and closing.
