FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: adjusting slide valve consists of case 1 with inlet 2 and outlet 3 branches. Inside the case there is installed seat 4 with profiled orifice 5 and flat packing surface 6. Gate 7 with flat packing surface 8 is transferred with rod 9 relative to seat 4 along guiding surfaces 10 of case 1. Each of axes 11 has two eccentric cylinder surfaces 12, 13 with geometrical axes 14, 15 (eccentricity "e"). Cylinder surface 12 is installed into side surface 16 of gate 7 perpendicular to geometrical axis 17 of case 1 and geometrical axis 18 of rod 9; it can be turned and fixed, for example, with a stop screw around geometrical axis 14. Roller 19 is positioned on cylinder surface 13 of axis 11; roller 19 is made in form, for example, a bearing. Roller 19 is connected with guiding surface 10 of case 1. Minimum two axes 11 with rollers 19 are arranged on each side surface 16 of gate 7 on the right and on the left. Packing surfaces 6, 8 of seat 4 and gate 7 are arranged with a uniform gap "a" to each other in the direction of axis 17 of seat 4. There are two design versions of the valve.
EFFECT: expanded functionality of valve, its increased service life and reduced power for its drive.
