FIELD: medicine, microbiology.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with microbacterial laboratory diagnostics of hospital infections. The method is based upon peculiarities of genotypes of hospital bacterial strains treated with gentamycin to keep their own daily biorhythm. Analysis of bacterial biorhythms should be conducted according to measurer, amplitudes of reproductive activity and integral value of bacterial chronoinfrastructure. The innovation provides simplicity and accuracy of diagnostics.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of indication.
