FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method includes determination of genotypic characteristics of virulence of tested strains and their comparison with genotypic characteristics of virulence of strains, isolated in health care and prophylactic institution from patients and surrounding objects. Strains are referred to hospital strains, if genotypic characteristics of virulence of tested strains corresponds to genotypic characteristics of virulence of at least one of strains, isolated in isolated in health care and prophylactic institution from patients and surrounding objects.
EFFECT: application of method simplifies detection of hospital strains and allows to reduce time for hospital strains detection.
