EFFECT: method provides the ability to assess the likelihood of carbohydrate metabolism disorders in individuals with obesity and desynchronosis by determining the duration of sleep, the average level of triglycerides, homocysteine, platelet aggregation activity and interleukin-6 in the blood, the daily amplitude of body temperature and glycemia.
