SUBSTANCE: claimed composition contains (mass %): sand sugar 10.0-20.0; milk butter 3.0-15.0; complex food supplement 0.5-4.5; glaze with humidity of 0.6-1.2 % 10.0-20.0; filling with dry matter content of 25.0-75.0 % 5.0-30.0; and balance: curd with humidity of 64.0-80.0 %. Additionally composition may contain flavorings and/or colorants.

EFFECT: cake glazed cheese with improved organoleptic properties, increased dietary characteristics and prolonged storage time.
