SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry, in particular to production of cheese products. Composition includes curds containing curd and sand sugar, filler, glaze, vanillin and maize starch powder in the following ratio of components in cheese, wt. %: curd 66.5; sand sugar 2.4; starch 2.1; vanillin 0.2; filler 5.2 and glaze 23.6. Mixture of flax nut butter and honey is used as a filler, taken in a mass ratio of 2.5:1. Glaze contains cocoa powder, butter, soybean lecithin, sand sugar and flax seeds in the following ratio of components, wt. %: cocoa powder 20.5; butter 58.3; soybean lecithin 0.5; sand sugar 19; flax seeds 1.7.

EFFECT: invention allows to obtain chocolate covered curd cheese bar which has reduced calorie, increased biological value, as well as improved organoleptic characteristics.
