SUBSTANCE: due to palpation one should detect both the upper and the lower anterior iliac spinae and make a line between them on skin, leave 2 cm laterally against the upper anterior spina to fulfill paracentesis of skin and soft tissues with a long needle till the support into ilium, move the needle by sliding along iliac surface being parallel against the marked line, till the support into the lip of cotyloid top, apply a needle's tip into hip joint's cavity in area of anterior one third of caput femoris' surface. The innovation provides the chance for penetrating articular cavity with a tip of puncture needle just in area of articular surface of caput femoris inside cotyloid cavity, the chance for puncturing the articulation in case of adhesive processes and altered anatomy of proximal femoral part.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of puncturing.
