SUBSTANCE: dosed distraction can be performed at specified angle of displaced fracture of heel bone by means of one needle introduced through heel hill while neck of ram bone is fixed by two crossing needle to exclude traumatism of Achilles tendon and basis 1 and 2 of metatarsus bone by one needle, which has exit to back side of foot to improve stability of ring-shaped support. Apparatus has ring-shaped support, needle for putting it through heel hill, two needles for cross-shaped introduction through one of ram bone at front plane, which needles are fixed at flags mounted at top and lower surfaces of ring-shaped support by means of needle for introduction through basis 1 and 2 of metatarsus bone to go through skin onto back surface of bone, which is fixed at flag mounted onto lower surface of ring-shaped support. Free end of needle is fixed at top surface of ring-shaped support. Needle used for putting through heel hill Ii fixed by means of flags onto plank. The lank is mounted for movement and fixation at thread rods which are fastened by hinges onto ring-shaped supports. Vertical thread rod is fixed by hinges onto plank. The rod is mounted for axial movement and fixation onto ring-shaped support.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of cure.
