SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating new and chronic comminuted intra-articular fractures of heel bone. Through scaphoid and cuboid bones of a foot it is necessary to apply two intersecting needles with supports in a plane being perpendicular to a long axis of the 2^nd metatarsal bone; the needles should be fixed upon a lengthened arched support connected with the help of thread rods supplied with axial hinges and located so that hypothetical line that connects axial hinges together should be in horizontal plane perpendicular to long axis of a heel bone, with possibility for axial and angular movements at basic circular support of the apparatus located at the level of the lower third of thigh diaphyses and a P-shaped support that has got a chance for axial and angular movement due to thread rods with uniaxial hinges against axial and a rod with a biaxial hinge with basic circular support, through the tuber of heel bone from the side of dislocation one should apply a needle at support into horizontal plane being perpendicular against long axis of heel bone, its ends should be fixed upon cantilevers of a P-shaped support and on finishing all types of dislocations it is important to fulfill stabilization that provides the reconstruction of foot's function.
