FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: unit can be used in prosthetic appliances of knee joint for patients with amputated legs. Unit has cinematic multiple lamellar mechanism with at least four lamellas which mechanism provides movement at direction of walk. First lamella is made for connection to first part of orthopedics apparatus such as deepening for hip. Second lamella is made for rigid connection with second part of orthopedics apparatus like part which has to be prosthetic appliance of ankle. Third lamella is disposed in front at direction of walk and it is connected for turn to first lamella; it is connected for turn to second lamella. Fourth lamella is disposed behind third one at direction of walk. It is connected for turn to first lamella and it is also connected for turn to second lamella in such a way that connection between second and fourth lamellas is made for shift along preset trajectory. Central part of fourth lamella, which part is disposed between two ends of fourth lamella, is connected with third lamella in such a way that connection between third lamella and central part is made for shift along preset trajectory.

EFFECT: improved functionality; high degree of bending at standing position; restricted second degree of freedom of movement.
