FIELD: separating solid materials.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises feeding the raw material to the housing of the apparatus and treating the raw material with heat and ultrasonics. To provide ultrasonic agitation, the raw material is supplied to the housing under pressure that is controlled by means of the inlet nozzle. The diameter of the inlet port of the nozzle is equal to that of the opening for discharging the treated material. The air flow is swirled and saturated with gas or compressed air. The heating is provided by the supply of water vapor to the outlet branch pipe of the apparatus connected with hydrocyclone for subsequent separation and discharging of enriched material.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and quality of enrichment.
