FIELD: dissolving, emulsifying and dispersing various materials; combined liquid heating systems; fine grinding of solid materials; mixing or dispersing various liquids, accelerating mass-transfer and physico-chemical processes; preheating water in hot-water supply and heating systems. SUBSTANCE: device has housing with inlet and outlet branch pipes and stator and rotor mounted in this housing concentrically. Stator and rotor are made in form of truncated cones and their lateral surface are provided with at least two circular projections with radial slots at the top which form at least two successive zones for interruption of flow. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency in form of increased number of pressure surges due to passage of several flow interruption zones in one apparatus, thus forming hydraulic impact followed by expansion of flow and action of cavitation zone. 2 cl, 6 dwg
