FIELD: manufacture of blanks by plastic working, namely blanks with thin laminate cladding.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of assembling pack having metallic base of steel or titanium or copper or their alloys and laminate cladding of aluminum with easily melting metallic coating whose thickness consists 0.1 - 0.2 of total thickness of cladding; assembling pack at next arrangement of layers: base, aluminum, easily melting coating and forming three-layer or symmetrical six-layer pack; rolling pack whose thickness is less than 8 mm without heating at total reduction degree 60 - 90%; rolling pack whose thickness is more than 8 mm at total reduction degree 40 - 60% at temperature of heating pack or its members before assembling and rolling. Such temperature consists 0.4 - 0.75 of melting temperature of easily melting metallic coating; using coating of zinc or alloy of zinc and 5% of aluminum or alloy of zinc and 0.06 - 0.2% of titanium as easily melting metallic coating.
EFFECT: improved adhesion of base and laminate cladding.
