FIELD: metal-working industry; methods of production of bimetals by the plastic working and casting.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the metals plastic working and may be used for manufacture of the plane bimetal blanks. For production of the bimetal blanks the steel or titanium or copper blank preliminary plate by rolling the laminar rolled interlayer on the basis of aluminum with the single-side cladding by the fusible metal at the location of the fusible layer on the outside and mold the layer out of aluminum or its alloys on the side of the interlayer with the fusible coating. The layer made out of aluminum or its alloys is molded by casting of the liquid aluminum and its alloys at the temperature making 1.03-1.1 of the melting temperatures of aluminum. The bimetal blank is cooled out of doors and squeezed with the height deformation of 10-30 % at the temperature making 0.53-0.68 of the melting temperatures of aluminum, that allows to expand the dimensional range of the bimetal plane blanks on thickness and the ratio of the thicknesses of the layers.

EFFECT: the invention ensures expansion of the dimensional range of the bimetal plane blanks in thickness and the ratio of the thicknesses of the layers.
