FIELD: transport engineering; wheels of vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wheels manufactured from light alloys by hot die forging. Proposed wheel has disk part and rim in form of solid of revolution limited from outer side by support flats for tire with front and rear flanges, respectively, from one side and humps, from other side. Cavity for mounting of tire is made in part of rim between humps adjoining the hump of rear support flat. Bottom of said cavity is limited by cylindrical envelope in zone of minimum outer diametral sizes of rim. Cylindrical envelope is joined by conical envelope with zone of rim at pump of rear support flat, and with zone of rim at hump of front support flat, by envelope in form of members with outer and inner generatrices in meridional plane forming broken lines with straight-line intersecting sections. Part of said envelope is limited from inside by conical surface pointed by larger diametral sizes to side of front flange. Rim engages with disk part in zone of said envelope. Said conical surface is made with cone angle α=(3°-27°). Rim is joined with disk parting zone limited by said conical surface. Said conical envelope is made with cone angle of its outer surface equal to β=(25°-80°).
EFFECT: reduced to minimum mass of wheel.
