FIELD: methods and devices for production of the lime suspension used for lixiviation of the bauxite at production of aluminum oxide and a gallium .
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method and the device for production of lime suspension used for lixiviation of the bauxite aluminum oxide and gallium. The method of lime slaking provides for the loading of the quicklime, its slaking by the liquid to produce the slaked lime, production of the lime suspension, separation of the non-completely slaked lime, its withdrawal and unloading of the ready product. According to the invention in the capacity of the liquid they use the technological industrial condensate. The lime-slaking for production of the slaked lime is realized at the weight ratio of the indicated condensate and the quicklime equal to 0.5-0.7. Production of the lime suspension is exercised by subjecting the slaked lime to maturing and repulping with the help of the recycled or the mother solutions of the aluminous production. The lime slacker contains: the body, the device of the lime slaking connected with the device of loading of the quicklime and with the device of the liquid feeding, the cylindrical drum, the spiral device, the ready product withdrawal device, the device of withdrawal of the non-completely slaked lime. According to the invention the cylindrical drum mounted fixed with respect to the body is made like the sieve screen with the holes diameter equal to 0.003-0.006 of the diameter of the indicated drum. The lime slacker contains the lime slaking chamber connected through the holes of the indicated drum with the chamber of the maturing, which is connected through the spiral device - the batcher- to the chamber of repulping. Between the spiral batcher and the chamber of repulping there is the deflector of the lime suspension and the damper additionally contains the spiral sieve-screen cone for separation of the non-completely slaked lime. According to the invention between the device of loading and the chamber of the lime slaking there is the mounted butt sealing. The longitudinal axis of the dumper is inclined at the angle of up to 3 degrees. The technical result of the invention is the increased factor of the dumper usage, its productivity, quality and the factor of the commercial product yield, economy and efficiency of the production of aluminum oxide and gallium.
