FIELD: metallurgy industry; method of production of the strips made out of the electromagnetic steel with the orientated grains.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to metallurgy industry, in particular, to the method of production of the strips made out of the electromagnetic steel with the orientated grains. The silicon steel containing, at least, 0.003 mass % of S or N is subjected to the continuous casting in the strip of 1.5-4.5 mm thick. The strip is subjected to the hot rolling at the temperature of no less than 750°C with the reduction ratio from 15 up to 60 % and gain in it distribution of the non-metallic phases, allowing to restrain the motion of the boundaries of the grains with the pulling force based upon the expression: 600 cm-1 < Iz < 1500 cm-1 and Iz = 1.9 FV /r(cm-1), where: Fv represents the volumetric fraction of the second phases stable at the temperatures below 800°C, and г is the average radius of the settled particles (in cm); conduct the strip coiling, cold rolling up to the final thickness at leastin one stage within the squeezing a reduction ratio of 60-92 % and the annealing of the cold rolled strip at the temperature of 750-1100°C with increase of the nitrogen content at least by 0.003 mass % as compared with the original composition of the strip in the azotizing aerosphere. The produced strip possesses the high magnetic properties.
EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the strip with the high magnetic properties.
