FIELD: mechanical engineering; mechanical drives.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in electric drives, for instance, drives of antenna systems of radars for fine control of antenna columns. Control reduction gear of antenna column contains harmonic drive. Flexible gear wheel and wave generator 5 are completely floating ones. Wave generator is made in form of hollow cylinder. Two cantilever elastic beams are found at both side of hollow cylinder. Pressure ball bearings 6, 9 are fitted on elastic beams to engage with flexible wheel and flexible toothed coupling member providing slackless engagement in harmonic drive. Support ball bearings 7 are installed on rigid part of hollow cylinder. Said ball bearing define shape of flexible wheel and flexible toothed coupling member and they center, together with pressure bearings, hollow cylinder of wave generator and flexible wheel along axis of rigid wheel 2 of harmonic drive and along axis of rigid coupling member of toothed coupling.
EFFECT: provision of accurate and smooth operation of drive, reduced losses caused by internal friction with resulting increase of efficiency.
