FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: shaped sealing member is provided with the reinforcing member made of a hollow ring and filled with a filling agent. Outside of the member is covered with at least one shell impermeable for fluid. The reinforcing member is permeable and flexible and is made, e.g., of metallized rubber. The outer surface of the thin-walled shell is U-, X-, V-, or W-shaped. The filling material is fluid. One or several thin-walled shells are provided with reinforcing members that are connected with the material of the shell through mutually penetrating bindings.
