SUBSTANCE: control valve comprises sectional housing with inlet and outlet branch pipes, ball rotatable gate valve with through opening, rod, seal for the rod, seat of the ball rotatable gate valve. The through opening of the ball rotatable gate valve receives throttling members. The throttling members are made of porous permeable member with alternating thin-walled baffles that are spherical from the side of the inlet section of the opening in the ball rotatable gate valve. The radius of the sphere is equal to that of the ball rotatable gate valve.
