FIELD: soil or rock drilling; mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining, in particular, to combined open-underground mining of solid mineral deposits. Each well charge is structurally divided into two simultaneously detonating parts, each of which represents an independent charge. One of them is located in the lower part of the well and explodes first and is intended to achieve preliminary formation of the safety section of the downhole zone of the destructed (DZD) rock mass. Upper charge of explosive is placed through inertial gap, which is initiated by another detonator to the second stage. Explosive action mechanism operates in such a way that as a result of a number of actions, explosive, and then seismic blasting wave, significantly loses its intensity in the direction of protected mine objects.

EFFECT: invention allows redirecting part of destructive action of blast wave and reducing negative consequences and damage to coal and ore deposits in appropriate mining conditions.
