VIBRATION-TESTING MACHINE Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC G01M7/02

Abstract RU 2285905 C1

FIELD: test equipment.

SUBSTANCE: vibration-testing machine has bed with base, movable system connected with base by means of straight movement guides, post and flat spring attached to bed in vertical. Tensioning screw of flat spring is connected with post. Tip is attached to flat spring from the left by means of first hinge. Two clams are connected with tensioning screw of flat spring and with tip by means of pins. Lamellar cylindrical slot spring embraces clamps. Discharge screw with cone-shaped tip is mounted inside tensioning screw of flat spring. Plate is attached from the right to flat spring by means of second hinge. Arm-piece is mounted onto movable system and touches plate. Two wheels are mounted onto tensioning screw of flat spring and onto discharge screw. Plate of hydraulic damper is mounted onto base in parallel to guides of straight motion. Guides are made in form of four plates mounted in horizontal onto base. Two rubber limiters are disposed in vertical. The first one is mounted between base and flat spring; the second limiter is mounted between movable system and base. Three-component accelerometer is disposed onto movable system in such a way that two its measuring axes are disposed at plane of horizon; the third axis is directed in vertical. Eight roll bearings are mounted onto movable system. Two cylindrical extension springs are disposed symmetrically in relation to flat spring; the springs have their ends connected with movable system and post correspondingly.

EFFECT: improved precision of testing.
