FIELD: impact testing.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to means for simulating horizontal impact and vibrational movements of the ice cover. The stand consists of a platform (I) placed on a base (3) and an electromechanical device (II) for setting the oscillatory movements of the platform (I). The platform (I) includes a plate (1) suspended on rigid rods (2) on the stand base (3). A damper (4) in form of a keel is attached to the bottom surface of the plate (1), located in the tank (5) with liquid. Impact is performed against a buffer (13) fixed on the base (1) of the stand with an adjustable extension and replaceable tips (12) of different hardness.
EFFECT: imitation of horizontal shock and oscillatory movements of the ice cover.
