FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be used in experimental neurology, vertebrology and neurosurgery. The device contains a base 1, consisting of two parts 2 and 3, with a two-coordinate movement mechanism 4. On the upper part 3 of the base, a platform 5 is installed, designed to accommodate an experimental animal. Along the edges of the platform 5 there are two articulated manipulators 6, at the ends of which there are clamps 7. On the lower part 2, a vertical post 8 is fixed. displacement 11, an impact device 12 is fixed. The mechanism of one-dimensional displacement 11 consists of two parts, movable 13 and fixed 14. A tube 15 is fixed on the movable part 13, inside of which there is a striker 16 made in the form of a rod 23 with a head. On the movable part 13 there is a trigger 17, which contains a pin 18 held in a hole in the tube 15, in contact with the striker 16. The trigger 17 contains a lever 19 designed to reduce the time for removing the pin 18, the lever 19 is pivotally connected by a large shoulder 20 to the pin 18. The stationary part 14 of the one-dimensional movement mechanism 11 is equipped with a level indicator 21 to control the correspondence of the position of the longitudinal axis of the tube 15 of the striker 16 to the vertical position. The mechanism of one-dimensional movement 11 is equipped with a scale 22 to control the amount of mutual movement of parts 13 and 14 and the position of the striker 16. The lower part of the base 1 is equipped with legs 25 of adjustable height.
EFFECT: providing the ability to model a standard contusion spinal cord injury in rats.
