FIELD: animal science, veterinary science, ecology.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with evaluating the content of lead in internal organs of pigs according to Fe, Zn, Cu, Pb, Cd and Mn level in hog bristle. For this purpose, hog bristle should be cut (0.2 g) in scapular area to determine the content of one or several out of the elements mentioned. According to the level of one or several below-mentioned elements Fe, Zn, Cu, Pb and Cd it is possible to determine concentration of lead in liver, according to Fe concentration - in lungs and in spleen, and according to Mn or Fe concentration - in lungs. The most informative value for determining lead level in liver, lungs and spleen is Fe concentration in hog bristle. The innovation enables to carry out detection at no stress in animals, method is painless for animals, excludes the risk of infecting and is very simple for implementation and provides the opportunity to create the bank of bristle samples, for hair has got unlimited terms of storage.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of detection.
