SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to circuit device and method for generation of binary bus signals with device 12 for processing signal with switches, controlled depending on input signal <a,aq>, and also two outputs (x,xq), while by means of one of switches (s,sq) first output (x), and by means of another switch (s,sq) second output (xq) may be connected to supporting point (v) of control device, positioned at first potential (0). Signal processing device through switching device (13) is connected to outputs of circuit device for output of output signal of binary bus <z,zq>. Outputs (E1,E2) of switching device (13) depending on controlling signal (7) may be connected appropriately to one or more inputs (D1,D2). Also provided is potential control device for setting potentials of outputs (F1,F2) of circuit device, when they are not connected through switching device (13) and device (12) for processing signal to supporting point (v) of signal processing device.
