FIELD: equipment used in various branches of technique, in particular, constructions of wire spools for fishing tackle, and also winch constructions.

SUBSTANCE: pulling apparatus has casing with bracket, spool, pin with sleeve mounted thereon, toothed disk rigidly fixed on sleeve, friction layers, pressure washer, back stroke stop, and adjusting nut. Spool is made in the form of rim and is positioned for sliding on belts of toothed disk and pressure washer. Friction layers are located between end surfaces of spool and side surfaces of toothed disk and pressure washer. Adjusting nut is located on sleeve threaded shank.

EFFECT: reduced force for tightening of adjusting nut, improved continuity and precision in regulation of torque value, and simplified construction of spool.
