FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with manufacturing food salt enriched with additives at decreased sodium content. Mineral salt contains sodium and potassium chlorides, magnesium salt and lysine hydrochloride at the following ratio of components, weight%: 35≤sodium chloride<58, 31≤potassium chloride≤40, 5≤nonaqueous magnesium sulfate≤10, 2<lysine hydrochloride<10. The innovation suggested enables to widen the quantity of prophylactic and dietetic saline mixtures at decreased sodium content. It, also, enables to obtain the product with pleasant saline taste due to optimally matched quantitative ratio of its constituents.
