FIELD: medicine, dermatology.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating focal scleroderma. Moreover, it is necessary to inject preparation "Collagenase CC" intradermally directly into pathological focus due to multiple injections at therapeutic dosage for the depth of about 2-3 mm at the distance approximately 1 cm against each other, moreover, therapy course consists of 10-20 seances which should be carried out once during 7-10 d. The innovation is very efficient due to preparation's penetration into pathological focus for the depth of 2-3 mm.
EFFECT: more simplified method of therapy.
