FIELD: separation.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises heating emulsion, supplying emulsion as a jet, impacting the jet, and separating. The initial emulsion is supplied as vortex swirled flow. The centrifugal forces provide lowered pressure in the central zone of the flow equal to the pressured of saturated vapor of the low-boiling fluid, and the peripheral zone of the flow is pressurized to displace the light phase to the central zone of the jet swirled emulsion flow. The part of the peripheral flow is withdrawn for the recirculation into the initial emulsion. The emulsion flow is heated up to the temperature of the saturated vapor by shock deceleration.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and reduced power consumption.
