FIELD: rubber industry; pneumatic tires.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method designed for manufacture of pneumatic tire and device for implementing the method. Proposed method includes coextrusion of at least two layers of rubber mixes A, B means of main extruder and introduction through said layers at least one insert of rubber mix C by means of nozzle of mini-extruder. Main extruder contains die head with at least two discharge channels for delivery of rubber mixes A, B connected with extrusion hole limited by first and second walls. Die head of mini-extruder is provided with nozzle on end to deliver rubber mix C, passing through two discharge channels of main extruder so that rubber mix C is introduced into rubber mixes A, B at inlet of extrusion hole.
EFFECT: possibility of making pneumatic tire with at least two layers of rubber mixes which do not conduct current and insert made of current-conducting rubber introduced in preset amounts.
