FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composite rubber cord to cut pneumatic tire tread and to pneumatic tire, which thread contains such cord. Technical result is achieved by composite cord containing rubber core and rubber shell enveloping at least partially. At that, recipe compositions of core and shell are different. At that, rubber core is made based on diene elastomer and more than 30 parts by weight per one hundred parts of elastomer filler, called A, which particles are nanoparticles, which average size by weight is less than 500 nm. At that, rubber shell is made based on diene elastomer, from 0 to 30 parts by weight per one hundred parts of elastomer filler A′, which particles are nanoparticles, which average size by weight is less than 500 nm and more than 70 parts by weight per one hundred parts of elastomer filler called B, which particles are microparticles, which average size by weight exceeds 1 mcm.
EFFECT: technical result is exclusion of composite cord movement relative to remaining part of thread with possibility of its easy and accurate removal, preserving rubber cord core intact.
