FIELD: ceramic industry; metallurgy; methods of production of the profile products based on carbon, silicon and silicon carbide used as the heaters.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of production of profile products based on carbon, silicon and silicon carbide, which may be used as the heaters working in the oxidative gaseous streams at the high temperatures. The method of production of the made out of carbon-silicon-carbide composite material hollow heaters of resistance, includes manufacture of the billet based on the carbon fibers by winding first on the pipe-pattern of the several layers of the carbon fabric with the heightened reactivity to the liquid silicon, then - several layers of carbon fabric with the lowered reactivity to the liquid silicon, fixation of the fabrics by the carbon thread, heating in the air and separation of the billet from the pipe-pattern. Inside of the billet put the batched amount of the crushed semi-conducting silicon, to the billet butt sections they fix the graphitic plugs and exercise impregnation of the billet with the molten silicon by its motion in the horizontal plane with respect to the U-shaped graphitic heater. After removal of the siliconized billet the graphitic plugs are mechanically removed and the exterior surfaces of the butt sections are polished. For production the thermogradient heaters on the surfaces of the butt sections they paste by the current-conductive adhesive several layers of the foil made out of the thermally split black lead. For production of the heaters with the uniform distribution of the temperature longwise after the polishing operation and before the foil gluing on the surfaces of the butt sections deposit the finely dispersed aluminum pasta and conduct sintering of aluminum. Further to the heaters of both types connect the compressive water-cooled contacts, as a rule, made out of copper. The technical result of the invention is the possibility of production of the long-sized hollow products with the preset electric resistance at reduction of power and material inputs at their manufacture.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the possibility of production of the long-sized hollow products with the preset electric resistance at reduction of the power and material inputs at their manufacture.
