SUBSTANCE: proposed device and method for data transmission and reception in burst data control channel use burst data channel in communication system supporting burst data service. Novelty is that burst data control channel makes it possible to transfer burst data in time/code multiplexing mode. So, newly introduced cyclic redundant code generators and their check-up unit allow for second user to employ control information in first burst data control channel.
EFFECT: ability of burst data transmission and reception in time/code multiplexing mode.
