FIELD: medicine; laparoscopic instruments.
SUBSTANCE: laparoscopic instrument can be used for making tests and operations by means of laparoscopic equipment. Endoscopic instrument has elongated case with actuating body, which is cinematically connected with transmission mechanism; catcher and branches with ring-shaped handles. Motionless branch is fastened to case and it is connected with movable branch by axis. Movable branch is made with three ring-shaped handles for four fingers of ancillary axis. Motionless branch has one ring-shaped handle for thumb of ancillary handle. Angle between axis of elongated case of instrument and planks of branches at closed position does not exceed 90 degrees. Instrument is comfortable for working with ancillary hand.
