FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied in carrying out laparoscopic operations for changing of affected area size. Instrument contains operation organ, traction, placed in rigid tube and handle. Operation organ consists of two movable crossing fastened on general axis branches. Short ends of branches are articulately connected with distal end of traction. Handle is made in form of two non- crossing, articulately connected, branches: immovable and movable. Branch is rigidly connected with its short end with tube. Branch is rigidly connected with its short end with proximal end of traction and with, fixed cantilever, toothed rod. Handles of branches are pressed. Short end of branch extracts with itself proximal end of traction from tube. Ends of branch are moved apart. Simultaneously alternating motion of rod through gear is transformed into rotating movement of measuring scale relative to initial position of indicator.
EFFECT: extension of functional possibilities, what allows carrying out measuring size of affected region of organ tissue while performing laparoscopic operations.
