FIELD: medical facilities.
SUBSTANCE: prosthetic appliance can be used for simulation of human foot to perform proper functions. Foot's prosthetic appliance has front department of foot, central department and back one. The latter has first and second joints to make foot's prosthetic appliance move at walking along closed kinetic circuit. According to the first version of device, first joint has axis of joint oriented for making movement of back department of foot relatively axis of first joint which is disposed at least basically in sagittal plane. Second joint has axis of joint oriented for making movement of back department of foot relatively axis of second joint which is disposed basically in frontal and lateral planes. According the second version of design of prosthetic appliance, foot surface of central department has longitudinal arch, which is made with concavity to have longitudinal axis which departs in frontal plane 25-42° from lateral plane to create possibility of movement at sagittal and frontal planes. Medial part of concavity of longitudinal arch has bigger radius and it is disposed more proximal than side part of concavity. According to the third version of design, back side of front department of foot has at least one opening of extending joint, which opening goes through front department of foot between its back and foot surfaces close to extending joint, which goes ahead from opening of extending joint to front edge of front department of foot to form extending supports, which create better ability of movement at front department foot's planes. According to the fourth version of design, prosthetic appliance has ankle joint and under-ram joint, which are both made to satisfy the first version of design. Ankle and under-ram joints are made integer with back department of foot by means of corresponding spreaders made of elastic material of back department of foot. According to the fifth version of design, prosthetic appliance has ankle apparatus connected with back department of foot. The former has ankle joint and under-ram joint, which are both made to satisfy the first version.
EFFECT: improved low-dynamic parameters; improved manner of walking; higher comfort at walking for patient with amputated leg.
