FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: inferior limb prosthesis system contains artificial foot, talocrural joint, artificial leg and device at the rear of prosthesis artificial leg providing energy storage at prosthesis loading and relief recovery of stored energy increasing kinetic energy generated by prosthesis for propulsive walking effort. Talocrural joint and artificial leg are arranged by means of viscoelastic element stretched upwards from artificial foot as convex forwarding bend of specified element. Lower end of the element is contrarily spiral bent. According to the second version talocrural joint and artificial leg of inferior limb prosthesis contain elongated viscoelastic element one end of which is contrarily spiral bent to attach to artificial foot longitudinally stretched. Element is stretched upwards from artificial foot as convex forwarding part of element providing talocrural joint and artificial leg attached to support frame on foot stump. The third version implies that inferior limb prosthesis system contains device at the rear of prosthesis artificial leg to store energy. This device includes at least one elongated element stretched between upper part of artificial leg and lower part of prosthesis and at least one spiral spring with its free end attached to elongated element in the point of viscoelastic extension of spiral spring reciprocated by forth motion of upper end of artificial leg to store energy.
