FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for hydropressive treatment of purulent cavities. The device comprises a body in the form of a tube and a cylindrical irrigator head with holes. The device has a sealed protective casing, a petal blade, proximal and distal valves, and a screw mounted for rotation by a liquid supplied under pressure for rotational-pulse irrigation of the cavity through holes in the cylindrical head of the irrigator. The auger is rigidly connected to the cylindrical head of the irrigator with the possibility of opening the distal valve with simultaneous closing of the proximal valve to interrupt the fluid flow and form a pulsed jet when the petal blade rotates.
EFFECT: possibility of safe use of the device in the process of sanitation of purulent cavities of complex shape, in the presence of clots, detritus and purulent-necrotic masses.
