FIELD: metal-working industry; other industries; devices for magnetic purification of the technological liquids.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the magnetic purification of the technological liquids, the cutting liquids, the washing solutions and may be used in the metalworking productions, which include the metal working by pressure, cutting and also metal rolling. The magnetic separator contains the vertical cylindrical magnetic cartridges located in a row and made in the form of the set of the permanent magnets made out of the material with the residual magnetic induction density Br = 0.1-3.0 T in the form of the disks. The disks are partitioned by the spacers made out of the magnetically soft material and placed in the nonmagnetic barrel. The sets of the disks in two adjacent barrels are made with the vertical displacement so, that the middle of the magnetically soft spacer in one cartridge is disposed in the middle of the disk in other cartridge. The drive gears of the magnetic separator are made in the form of electrical engines. The technical result of the invention is the increased cartridges slime capacity, the raised altitude of the cartridges without reduction of reliability of operation of the separator, the increased productivity of the purification process.
