FIELD: processing liquid (cooling lubricants, detergents) cleaning of solid magnetic particles, colloid particles and admixtures, as well as of foreign oil.
SUBSTANCE: separator comprises vessel for processing liquid to be cleaned, column connected with the vessel, lower driving and upper cross-arms connected to the column in cantilever manner so that the cross-arms may perform linear vertical reciprocation. Cylindrical magnetic clucks are installed in through orifices of upper cross-arm. Collars are fastened to lower cross-arm so that the collars enclose each magnetic cluck by lower edge thereof. Sludge removal means and oil collection and removal means are made as separate driving delivery conveyers. The separator is provided with collar position sensor, which determines intermediate collar positions relatively the clucks during vertical movement thereof. Separator drives are made as hydraulic cylinders of hydraulic drive.
EFFECT: improved cleaning efficiency along with increased output.
