FIELD: phytotherapy.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with reconstructing normal body functions in complex therapy in case of obesity, particularly for normalizing functional state of gastrointestinal tract. The suggested food biologically active additive contains an active substance, caffeine, ascorbic acid, citric acid, sodium benzoate, a sweetening agent and water. As active substance one should apply concentrated aqueous extract of vegetable raw material mixture at the following ratio of components, weight%: concentrated aqueous extract of vegetable raw material mixture 2.8-3.2; caffeine 1.06-1.08; ascorbic acid 0.1-0.3; citric acid 0.1-0.3, sodium benzoate 0.06-0.1; a sweetening agent 0.02-0.06; water - the rest. Moreover, concentrated aqueous extract of vegetable raw material mixture should be prepared based upon the following constituents taken at equal quantities: origanum grass, dandelion root, prostrate knotweed grass, dogrose fruit, common bearberry leaf, mountain ash-tree fruit, hawthorn fruit and flowers. The innovation enables to normalize functional state of gastrointestinal tract and decrease appetite. Moreover, the additive suggested is of high tolerance value.
