FIELD: polymer materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to impregnating epoxide binder used impregnation of low-module winding materials employed for manufacturing mobile sections surface pipelines in permafrost zones, in particular rolling diaphragm compensators. Binder comprises following components: 26.0-32.0% epoxide resin with 25% epoxide groups obtained via condensation of trimethylolpropane with epychlorhydrin; 26.0-32.0% low-molecular weight polyetherurethan rubber with 6.0-7.5% epoxide groups; and combination of 39.0-44.5% anhydride hardener with 0.5-3.0% ethanol as hardener.
EFFECT: enabled preparation of binder with low elasticity modulus, great vitality, low viscosity, and wide application area.
