FIELD: mining; methods of mineral dressing.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the mineral dressing and may be used finishing of the rough gold-bearing concentrates in the conditions of application of the method of amalgamation. The technical result of the invention is the increased amount of extraction of gold of the difficult for extraction forms from the rough concentrates, which are not amalgamated by the conventional method. As the source material use the dredge gold concentrates containing up to 50 % of the magnetic fraction, and obstinate forms of gold with coatings, in splices, and also the fine and lamellar gold. The concentrate is mixed with water in the ratio of S:L=1:0.25 with simultaneous injection of the reactant, in the capacity of use the mixture of the alcohol solution of the iodine and the water solution of potassium iodide in the ratio of 1:2, in amount of 48-72 mg/kg. The time duration of the contact of the mash with the reactant is 30 minutes, then in the treated concentrate introduce mercury and intermix for 20 minutes, after that the mixture is delivered onto a table concentrator with preliminary separation of the magnetic fraction.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased amount of extraction of gold of the difficult for extraction forms from the rough concentrates, which are not amalgamated by the conventional method.
