FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: building located in a mountain gorge is characterised by the fact that it includes a residential block mounted on a platform that rests on piles and hillside and a warehouse suspended under the platform and resting on projections located inside a pile. If a transmitter-receiver sends information on an approaching avalanche, the building is built capable of being divided by means of lifting of the residential block on the slope beyond the reach of the avalanche using a hoisting appliance that ties both blocks with ropes and polyspasts and by means of lowering of the warehouse that acts as a counterbalance of the residential block down along the guide piles. A transmitter-receiver is a part of an automatic control system installed in the residential block. It receives a signal from a satellite and commands for rotating the projections under the warehouse to a relevant position. The transmitter-receiver includes a laser machine, a cuvette with a viscous solution and an electric magnet. It is made provided with a capability of directing a laser beam to the center of the cuvette after receiving a radio signal. The cuvette has electric grid contacts closing the circuit that includes magnets and magnetic holders from under the supports under the warehouse. Moreover the transmitter-receiver activates a hydraulic turbine chamber located at the foot of the piles with an impeller installed inside connected by means of a vertical shaft to an electric generator as well as, an intake pool equipped with screen filter element with an intake orifice and a slide valve, as well as a suction pipe equipped with a damper valve with a check valve. The pipe is capable of supplying an electric current to the residential block and the warehouse by driving the impellor with melt water taken from the pool when the avalanche show melts.
EFFECT: construction of a residential building preserving normal living conditions in case of avalanching and with a capability of using avalanche aftereffects for domestic purposes.
